Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI)

Following the work on the Statements Committee, the goal of this subcommittee was to work towards DEAI principles and practices. Beyond our statement, we acknowledge the responsibility and necessity for action. This starts internally with the diversification of our NEMPN board and committees, our chapter leadership, and those who are providing resources and programming for EMPs – to address the impacts of ongoing inequity.
